What sets me apart?

My approach to selling your home is based around my experience and background in sales, marketing, advertising and lead generation.  I take a very proactive approach to going out and finding home buyers for my listings. I’m not content to list a house, put a sign in the yard, and sit back to see what happens. My clients hire me for my ability to go out and find ready, willing and able buyers to purchase their Tuscaloosa or Northport area home and I am constantly looking for new and better ways to make this a reality for my clients.

Accomplishments:

- During his first year practicing real estate, he was blessed to finish among the top 1% of all local Realtors, in total volume of homes sold, for his target markets.

-  2014 was Grant’s 3rd year as a real estate agent and he continued to move up the list of top realtors in the Tuscaloosa area by placing himself amongst the top 10 agents in total volume of homes sold for the West Alabama Area.  With over 400 Real Estate Agents in the immediate area, the competition to reach the top is fairly crowded.
