Shopping without a buyer’s agent is becoming increasingly more rare due to the fact that it generally doesnt save the buyer money to "go it alone" and most buyers are not familiar enough with the buying process to absorb the risk. As much as anything, a buyer's agent can make the process easier by taking a lot of the responsibilities off of the clients.
